6月13日，第四届中国—非洲经贸博览会·中非电力与新能源发展合作交流对接活动在湖南岳阳隆重举行，威胜信息副总裁张振华受邀出席会议，并围绕中非能源合作的实践与未来主题进行高端对话。
在以 “中非经贸能源合作的成果与前景” 为主题的专题分享环节中，张振华深度剖析了威胜信息深耕非洲市场的探索历程：从早期产品进入非洲大陆，到逐步构建本地化研发、生产与服务的产业生态体系，多年来的非洲实践不仅见证了中非能源合作从 “产品贸易” 向 “技术协同” 的跨越式升级，更印证了“扎根非洲、理解非洲、服务非洲”的合作理念。他强调，唯有以本土化战略为基石，才能与非洲合作伙伴实现产业共荣、协同发展。

On June 13, the China-Africa Power and New Energy Development Cooperation and Exchange Meeting of the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo was grandly held in Yueyang, Hunan. Zhang Zhenhua, Vice President of Willfar Information, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a keynote speech on the practice and future of China-Africa energy cooperation.
In the thematic sharing session titled "Achievements and Prospects of China-Africa Economic, Trade and Energy Cooperation", Zhang Zhenhua deeply analyzed Willfar Information's exploration process in deeply cultivating the African market: from the early entry of products into the African continent to the gradual construction of a localized industrial ecosystem integrating R&D, production and services. Years of practice in Africa have not only witnessed the leapfrog upgrade of China-Africa energy cooperation from "product trade" to "technological collaboration", but also verified the cooperation philosophy of "taking root in Africa, understanding Africa, and serving Africa". He emphasized that only by taking the localization strategy as the cornerstone can industrial co-prosperity and collaborative development be achieved with African partners.
As a landmark event in the economic and trade field between China and African countries in 2025, the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo has built an important platform for China-Africa enterprises to deepen practical cooperation.
